In 1991 Rose founded Flight Unlimited (formerly MRI Consulting Group), a business development company. Her clients, typically, are in leadership roles...as Owners, Executives or Managers of manufacturing, distribution or service companies. With expertise in both business coaching and management consulting, Rose provides clients with the choice of which resource best suits their immediate needs. Clients clarify what’s working and what’s not working, set priorities and take action to move their companies and organizations beyond where they are today and into where they must be tomorrow.

In 1995, Rose hired a professional coach. The coaching process not only re-energized her business, it also, re-ignited her passion for dolphins and a new business line was born – guided retreats swimming with wild dolphins. As a facilitator, off the Big Island of Hawai’i, she works in partnership with wild dolphins, encouraging clients to explore and apply their interactions with the dolphins as metaphors for current life situations. Many a strategic business plan has been brainstormed in Hawaiian waters.

An avid pilot and FAA Certified Flight Instructor, she teaches flying when not
managing Flight Unlimited or swimming with dolphins. Rose says, “I see a common thread running through coaching, flight instruction and swimming with dolphins - a"unique approach for pushing the envelope of self exploration". My wildest adventure in pushing the envelope was to celebrate my birthday by jumping out of an airplane at 10,000 feet.
